Cancellation Policy

You are financially responsible for the cost of sessions on the date that they occur.

If you would like to cancel an appointment, our clinic requires 24 hours notice.
Beginning on the second occasion when you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the cost of the missed appointment ($100); your insurance company will not be billed for this fee.
